Pinewood Family Farm · Reidsville, NC

Last updated: October 10, 2026

We're a small family farm, and we keep this simple. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, order from us, or join our email list, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you fill out a form, join our email list, or place an order.

• Your ZIP code and the products you're interested in, if you choose to tell us, so we know whether you're in our delivery area and what to let you know about.

• Order details, such as what you bought and whether you chose pickup or delivery.

• Anything you write to us in a message, text or email.

How we use it

• To answer your questions.

• To fill your orders and set up pickup at the farm or delivery.

• If you join our email list, to send farm updates and let you know when pork shares, cuts and chickens are available.

We don't sell your information

We never sell your information, and we never share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Service providers

Like most small businesses, we use a few outside services to run our website and store:

• Wix hosts our website, our forms, our online store and our email list, so the information you enter on our site is stored with Wix.

• Payment processors handle card and PayPal payments.

These services handle your information only to provide their services to us. Their own privacy policies explain how they protect it.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also text 336-459-2929 or email pinewoodfamilyfarm@gmail.com and we'll take you off the list.

Seeing or deleting your information

If you'd like to know what information we have about you, or you'd like us to delete it, text 336-459-2929 or email pinewoodfamilyfarm@gmail.com. We may need to keep some order records for our own bookkeeping.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
